Return & Exchange Policy

Alright, folks! Here’s the skinny on our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Just so we’re all singing from the same song sheet, let’s lay down some ground rules. We make all our stuff just for you when you hit that order button, which means we don’t do the whole “change of heart” returns. But hey, we’re not monsters. If something’s up with your order, we’re here to help sort it out.

What Makes the Cut?

If the item you got is a far cry from what you ordered, looks like it hugged a cactus during shipping, or if we goofed up and sent you a remix instead of the original track (wrong item), then you’re in the clear. We’ll sort out a return or exchange quicker than a one-hit-wonder fades from the charts.

How to Start a Return:

Got an issue? Don’t sweat it. Just hit us up at our email support@recording-history.org with the deets:

  • Your order number (so we know who you are)
  • Some snaps or a video of the problem (a picture’s worth a thousand words, right?)
  • Pics of the whole product, front and back (to get the full picture)
  • A snap of the shipping label (so we can see where it’s been)

We’re all about making sure you get the right fit, so do check out the product measurements we’ve listed. If you order something and it doesn’t fit ’cause you eyeballed it instead of measuring, we can’t take it back if it’s arrived all safe and sound.

“But How Long Do I Wait?”

Chill, we’re on it. We look over all claims within a day. If your return sings the right tune, you’ll have your new item or a refund within 7-14 business days. Pretty slick, huh?
