Got a problem within 30 days of buying? Whether it’s a misprint or it just isn’t what you expected, we’re on it. You get a new item or all your cash back. And we won’t make you jump through hoops to get it.

CHANGING YOUR MIND:

Wanna tweak or ditch your order? Quick, let us know within 24 hours! Hit us up with your order number and what you wanna change. We’ll sort it out and let you know when it’s all good. Wait more than a day, though, and we might already have your stuff on the way to you.

NO-HASSLE FIXES & REFUNDS:

If your gear hasn’t shown up 3 weeks after it was supposed to, tell us. We’ll send out a search party (jk, we’ll just send you a new one).

And if within 30 days your item is like a bad cover band (aka not what you expected, broken, or just plain wrong), here’s how we make it right:

REFUND & RETURN FAQs

  • What’s the deal with returns & refunds? You’ve got 30 days. If there’s a boo-boo, you get a do-over or your money back.
  • Don’t want it anymore? No prob. You’ve got 30 days to get a refund or replacement.
  • How fast do I get my money back? We check out claims in a day. Refunds zip back to you in 3-5 business days.
  • How do I send stuff back? Guess what? Keep it! Just show us what went wrong.
  • Can I swap it for something else? Sure thing. But if it’s a whole new item, there might be a little fee since we make everything just for you.

Remember, if it’s been 30 days since you got your stuff, we might not be able to sort out refunds or replacements. So don’t wait around if there’s an issue!
